PLEASE READ BEFORE SCROLLING DOWN TO THE MOVEMENTS
Carl Jung called the zodiac "the summation of all the psychological knowledge of antiquity" and "a complete projected theory of human character." We believe that archetypes are WAY deeper - and BIGGER - than signs or planets, and that there is a fluid boundary, a crossover between the archetypal energies of planets and signs. And experiencing that with your body can be a form of "Divine Play." And again, the beauty of this work is not getting caught up so much in head-tripping, but in feeling and reclaiming the energy of these archetypes.
Below you can see our embodiment of the similar energies between Mars and Aries, for example. How does one draw the distinction between Aries and Mars down in the body? You can play with them through movement regardless, and in an intermediate, one-to-one experiences of the movements, we can also help people feel into the archetypes and tweak them for comfort, feel etc.
For years, we also sensed that a couple of the planets can be understood by combinations of the movements for the signs of the zodiac, i.e. Pluto - a Scorpionic willingness to look within and bring up old stuff and a Virgoan willingness to look at it under a microscope; and Venus (attracting Libra and Taurus orgasm for a woman; see video below of cervix at orgasm).
Also, we sense that the movements for the sun and Jupiter are very similar, both experienced by parts of the Leo movement, but with the sun, the energy shines OUT, and with Jupiter, the movement is slightly different by focusing on the energy expanding or blowing UP and out.
We've included a few images on the first couple of planets to bridge the idea.
Enjoy!
