* The Dance of the 4 Elements
* Note - these intermediate sessions may he done any time after completing the beginner sessions, however, the pre-requisite for any Full Moon movement ritual is the previous New Moon ritual two weeks before.

Sessions are 55 minutes and are tailored to your experience, comfort level and special focus. Through movement, mindfulness, ritual and unique experiential exercises, we invite you to delve into, learn and anchor these movements, partner movements and modalities in your heart and muscle memory.
$60 per session. Once you purchase, we will email you options for scheduling via zoom.
